What is “Walk & Talk” Coaching? Rather than meeting indoors, just like it sounds – we go for a walk outside and the coaching happens while we walk around beautiful Oathill Lake in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

There are several reasons why Walk & Talk Coaching is a great approach.

A meditative, relaxing session of walking or a more active, fast-paced session.
- Research has shown that physical activity can enhance the mental and physical health of clients.
Physical activity has also been shown to reduce levels of depression and anxiety.
What happens when the weather does not cooperate? It is always up to you to make the ‘weather call’.
After having experienced the walk and talk process, many clients are reluctant to return to an office setting for their session. We will either reschedule or grab an umbrella and soldier on.
But indoors, phone or online is always an option.
