What Are Biorhythms?
Biorhythms are biological cycles that affect us, if you aware of them or not. They begin at birth and influence you all your life.
Each cycle starts at birth at an imaginary horizon line and then alternates from a high period (above the horizon) when your energies and abilities are high, to a low period (below the horizon) when your energies and capabilities are reduced.
The 2 days where each cycles crosses over that horizon line are called critical days, when the cycle is crossing from positive to negative and from negative to positive. During these critical days your abilities and energies fluctuate wildly and you are more accident prone, and more apt to make the wrong decisions.
There are four biorhythm cycles that influence different functions and abilities.
